Shipping policy
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest production standards.
Order Processing
Most personalised products are manufactured to order.
Orders placed before 2:00 pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, will normally be dispatched the same working day where production allows.
Orders placed after 2:00 pm, on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During particularly busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer. Any significant delays will be communicated where possible.
Delivery Services
Our preferred delivery partner is Royal Mail.
Typical delivery services include:
- Free Delivery – Royal Mail 2nd Class
- Express Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 24
Where appropriate, we may occasionally use an alternative courier offering an equivalent or improved service.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and begin once your order has been dispatched.
Whilst the vast majority of orders arrive within the expected timeframe, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including weather conditions, operational delays or courier issues.
Delayed or Missing Deliveries
In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at: artwork@stika.co.
We will work directly with Royal Mail or the relevant courier to investigate the shipment and keep you informed throughout the process.
Where appropriate, replacements or refunds will be considered following the courier's investigation and our assessment of the circumstances.
Delivery Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.
Tracking Information
Where a tracked delivery service has been selected, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
