Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order quantity?

Selected metal, cardboard, bamboo, four-colour and black gloss pens start at packs of 5. Chrome pens start at 10; Contour and silver-barrel pens start at 20. Choose the individual product to see its available pack sizes.

Can I print a logo or a message?

Yes. Add wording, a logo or artwork using the product personalisation options. Print areas and colour choices differ by pen; check the selected product before preparing your artwork.

Can every pen have a different name?

Standard Contour packs use the same design on every pen. For individual names, different designs or mixed-colour requests, contact artwork@stika.co before ordering so we can confirm what is possible.

Can I reorder a previous design?

Where Reorder Design is available, select it and enter your previous stika.co order number. For Contour pens, you can also use the number from a previous Amazon order placed with us. For another pen style or sales channel, contact artwork@stika.co before ordering so we can confirm that we can retrieve your artwork.

How quickly can my pens be dispatched?

For Contour pens, orders before 2pm UK time Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same working day where production allows. This is not a blanket dispatch promise for every pen in this collection. For other styles, larger quantities or a fixed event date, contact artwork@stika.co before ordering. Delivery time is separate from production time.

Where can I see all the available colours?

Open the individual product page to see its colour choices. Different pen styles have different ranges, and some colour choices are made within the personalisation options.
